Prof. Mouhamad Mpezamihigo Attends First Regional Ministerial Conference on EAC Common Higher Education Area

Today, EQUSaT Vice Chancellor, Prof. Mouhamad Mpezamihigo, Vice Chancellor of is representing the institution at the First Regional Ministerial Conference on the EAC Common Higher Education Area.

 

The conference is a joint initiative by the Forum of CEOs of National Councils/Commissions for Higher Education in East Africa and the Inter-University Council for East Africa.

 

The event, officially inaugurated by His Excellency President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and First Lady Janet Kataha Museveni, brings together Vice Chancellors from Uganda and other East African countries, alongside officials from regional Ministries of Education and Foreign Affairs.

 

The conference aims to foster collaboration and alignment in higher education policies across the East African Community.
