Glitz and Glamour at the First Students' EQUSaT Dinner
Masaka, 17th January 2024 — Students of Equator University of Science and Technology (EQUSaT) on Friday evening held a colorful dinner to celebrate their stay at the institution. The event, characterised by different fashions senses, officiated by the Guild President, Mr. Ahmed Baryamujura, brought together students from different faculties in a spirit of unity and celebration.
The evening was marked by a variety of activities including a shared meal of assorted foods and drinks, a fashion showcase, and an energetic dance session that kept spirits high throughout the night.
Speaking during the event, Mr. Baryamujura commended the students for embracing campus life with enthusiasm, noting that such gatherings strengthen bonds and foster a sense of community.
The program also featured an interactive talk session where students received guidance on key aspects of campus life. The discussions emphasized peaceful co-existence, effective use of time, stress management, and balancing academics with personal life.
